This Privacy Policy explains how Storyboard Studio (“we”, “us”, the “Service”, available at storyboard.nedoborov.com) collects, uses, and protects your personal data. The Service is operated by the sole proprietor described under “Who we are” below. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

Account data — your email address, name and profile picture, received when you sign in with Google (we receive only email, name and avatar; we never see your Google password).
Service data — the ideas/prompts you submit, the images and videos generated for you, and your credit balance and transaction history.
Technical data — a session cookie used to keep you signed in, plus standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, error logs) used for security and reliability.
Payment data — handled by Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record). We do not collect or store your card details.

3. How we use your data

to provide the Service (generate, store and display your cartoons);
to maintain your credit balance and record transactions;
to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse;
to respond to your support requests;
to comply with our legal obligations.

4. Third parties we share data with

AI providers — your prompts and reference images are sent to third-party AI models to generate images and video. Content moderation is applied (see our Acceptable Use Policy).
Dodo Payments — as Merchant of Record, processes your purchases and handles billing, invoicing and applicable taxes.
Google — for “Sign in with Google” authentication.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and generated content for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@nedoborov.com.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email above.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, signed sessions, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. International transfers

The Service and its providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Children

The Service is intended for adult account holders. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account and make purchases. The generated content is family-friendly (see Acceptable Use Policy).

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
