These Terms govern your use of Storyboard Studio (the “Service”, storyboard.nedoborov.com), operated by Individual Entrepreneur “CreativeAiArt” (the “Seller”, “we”), registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments acting as Merchant of Record; your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments’ buyer terms.
Storyboard Studio is a web application that uses AI to create short animated cartoons from your description — generating consistent character sheets, a storyboard, and a vertical video clip up to 15 seconds.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access may be granted on request and is subject to moderation; we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Prices are shown on our site and at checkout. Payments, invoicing and applicable taxes are handled by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Packages are one-time purchases; there is no automatic subscription renewal.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to create, request, or distribute content that:
The Service applies automated content moderation to generation requests and blocks disallowed material. We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend/terminate an account that violates this Policy. To report abuse, email support@nedoborov.com.
Subject to this Policy and the terms of the underlying AI models, you own the cartoons you generate and are responsible for how you use them. You grant us the limited right to store and process your content to operate the Service.
The Service, its software, branding, and design are owned by the Seller. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service.
The Service is provided “as is”. We rely on third-party AI providers and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generation meets your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts at the Seller’s place of registration, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date.
