This policy explains refunds for purchases made on Storyboard Studio. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record; approved refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method.
A purchase adds credits to your balance. Credits are spent on generating images and video. Because each generation immediately consumes third-party AI compute, spent credits and any generated content are non-refundable.
A refund for unused credits may be considered within 14 days of purchase, provided that no credits from that package have been spent. To request, email us with your account email and the date of purchase.
If credits were deducted but a generation failed due to an error on our side, the deducted credits are returned to your balance. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will investigate.
Credit packages are one-time purchases; there is no automatic subscription renewal, so no cancellation is required — simply do not buy another package.
If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first — we aim to resolve issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
Email support@nedoborov.com with the subject “Refund”, including the email address on your account and the transaction date. We respond within a few business days. Refunds, when approved, are processed by Dodo Payments to your original payment method; payout currency may be USD, EUR or GBP.
